As a Photovoltaic (PV) Plant Operator, you'll monitor and maintain PV plant assets and coordinate field work orders. Weekend coverage is required, but we offer a flexible schedule with the option to work from home.

Photovoltaic (PV) Plant Operator Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze performance data for utility-scale solar PV and battery energy storage (BESS) projects.
• Validate data integrity and perform trend analysis to support reporting and performance insights.
• Diagnose issues and distinguish between monitoring system errors and equipment failures.
• Troubleshoot PV and BESS assets remotely to identify and resolve operational problems.
• Dispatch and coordinate field technicians as needed for onsite maintenance or repairs.
• Maintain detailed records of plant operations, performance trends, and equipment failures.
• Operate equipment and resources in accordance with company guidelines and safety standards.
• Follow all company policies and maintain quality, organization, and housekeeping standards.
