Job Summary

The Full-Time Flexible Registered Nurse (RN) plays a crucial role in providing personalized nursing care to our residents. As an RN, you will :

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver high-quality care.
• Demonstrate excellence in nursing practice, adhering to established standards and protocols.
• Administer preventative care, health maintenance, and treatment efficiently.
• Coordinate care plans and educate residents to promote health and wellness.

As a charge nurse, you will delegate appropriate tasks to both licensed and unlicensed support staff, ensuring safe and effective resident care. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring compliance with the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules specific to your state.
