Job descriptionBachelor’s degree (advanced degree or certifications preferred) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience in cloud computing and related engineering or infrastructure role. Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud and Microsoft Fabric (Data Factory and Power BI). Strong background in CI / CD systems, SysOps, and network / security fundamentals. Working knowledge of DNS, domain management, and virtual networking.
Role : Azure Cloud Administrator
Location : Cincinnati OH (Hybrid)
Duration : 6 months Contract-to-Hire
Pay rate : W2 Only (NO Third Party)
Responsibilities :
- Ensure the continuous, secure, and reliable delivery of Azure compute, network, directory, database, and Fabric services.
- Manage and maintain the cloud infrastructure supporting Power BI (Microsoft Fabric) and company's Data Factory environments.
- Apply FinOps principles to forecast and optimize compute expenses in collaboration with finance, engineering, and business stakeholders.
- Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities and deployment challenges.
- Oversee the efficient operation of data storage and processing systems in compliance with company security policies and industry best practices.
- Partner with engineering and development teams to design and implement optimal cloud solutions that improve performance and scalability.
