A major healthcare organization in San Diego is seeking an experienced, flexible Administrative Clerk for a contract opportunity spanning two key locations.
The Role at a Glance
Administrative Clerk
Compensation $23.00 / hour
Schedule : Full-Time : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM PST
Duration Initial 3-month contract with potential extension up to 2 years.
Growth Eligible to apply for FTE (Full-Time Employee) positions while on contract.
Top Priorities & Daily Tasks
The successful candidate will be responsible for essential administrative operations :
- Staff Scheduling : Creating, coordinating, and maintaining detailed staff work schedules.
- Operational Logistics : Handling supply ordering and inventory
- Administrative Support : Managing timecard submissions , and setting up rooms and materials for meetings
