• LEVEL I TRAUMA EXPERIENCE REQUIRED, will consider busy Level II- no travel teams with Cath Lab RNsno local rates, 50 mile radius rule- Unit : Cath Lab- # beds : 3 main and 1 is EP & 1 is Hybrid (does both vascular & cardiac cases)- Certs : BLS, must also be certified, if tech, they must have ARRT that can scrub! MUST have AZ license MRTBE CRT- Cases : 10-25 cases per day.- EMR : Cerner and Xper- Charge Nurse : Yes- Nurse Aides : Rad techs - Circulating and Scrub, BLS, Certified. Must have 2 yrs Cath Lab experience. Cover Endo and CVOR.- Weekend Requirement : Call - 8-12 days per month- Holidays : Work into rotation.- Scrub Color : Provided- Tele : Phillips- Vents : NA- IV Team : No- RT 24 / 7 : Yes- Pharmacy 24 / 7 : Yes- Shifts : per job posting- Call : Call - 8-12 days per month- Floor specific orientation : 2 days on job.- Common diagnosis / Types of patients : Interventional, EP lab, peripherals, EP - cardiology and vascular, mitro clip, TAVR, IABP and Emtala placement.- Additional Notes : 30 minute response time. Use Phillips and Siemens equipment.
