Job descriptionExperience : Full Job Description Responsibilities Able to manage multiple cases in both state and federal court while providing superior work product and excellent client service. Must be able to work independently in all areas of a litigation practice including drafting pleadings, drafting and answering discovery, drafting motions, and preparing for trial. Ability to manage numerous cases with a mix of different types of litigation throughout Ohio. Ability to work in the Dublin office (not remote) during regular business hours (9-5 : 30). All other duties as assigned. Skills Proven experience as a litigation attorney. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Working with a team including a team lead and paralegal. Knowledge of legal documents, evidence, court rules, procedures, and practices. Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, and Excel and general computer skills and database experience. Experience with Filevine Practice Management is a plus but not required. Highly organized and detail oriented with attention to accuracy with the ability to adjust quickly and handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced firm. Ability to maintain high case load and maintain client confidentiality. Team player, dependable, people-orientated, adaptable, and flexible.' One location Work Remotely - As needed but face time in the office with the support staff is the priority and standard.
