• Varicent Solution Architect - Excellent problem solving & analytical skills. Strong technical understanding of
• Hands-on Experience in Varicent ICM & ELT solutions.
• Enterprise Architecture
• 8-10 Years experience
• Varicent Solution Architect - Expert in Architecture design for Varicent ICM, ELT, designing effective comp plans, Smarter quotas, Territory decisions, Prioritizing leads.
• Provide end to end architecture and design solutions.
• Hands-on experience in Varicent ICM tool - Composer, Web Reports, Web forms, Configure, Workflow, Schedule modules, pipe configuration (ELT).
• Experience as ICM and ELT consultant in implementation, maintenance and development support and design projects. Support business queries and other adhoc reports or extract.
• Experience in Release support - Technical Specifications, Test cases, build, test support and deployments.
• Needs to have experience in Application support of production systems based on ITIL methodology.
