Service Construction Laborer

Job Title :

• Laborer Craft :                      Service Reports to :          Foreman               Exempt Status :   Non-Exempt (Hourly) Position Objective / Description : Performs a variety of manual construction tasks involving roads, highways, and heavy construction projects under the direction of a crew foreman.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Tends pumps, compressors, or generators Signal operators of construction equipment to facilitate alignment and movement of materials Measure, mark, or record openings or distances as part of site preparation Operate a variety of power and hand tools :

Promote and adhere to the company’s safety program.                 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

Ability to work nights and weekends when necessary Must have reliable transportation, and ability to travel to assigned worksites Physical Demands :

Good vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus Education / Experience :

Active Driver’s license Work Environment :
