Major Purpose Serves as a link between channel partners and the Company to communicate and resolve issues of a medium complexity surrounding complete goods or Service Parts orders, product configuration, availability and shipments. Major Duties Produce, update, and provide best practice support on a wide range of Microsoft documents, databases, and other departmental systems.
