Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Litigation support professional to support the team in managing complex litigation data, particularly for high profile class action lawsuits. This role requires a blend of legal operations experience, technical aptitude, and strong data management skills. You will play a crucial role in ensuring data accuracy, streamlining processes, and supporting our team in leveraging technology effectively.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage and analyze large datasets (ranging from thousands to tens of thousands of records), ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • Extract data from various systems and design data infrastructure for specific cases and databases
  • Administer and provide support for various legal software programs, including document management systems (e.g., Filevine), eDiscovery platforms (e.g., Everlaw), and mass communication systems
  • Develop and implement process improvements, including automation and templating, to streamline workflows and maximize efficiency
  • Classify incoming data, organize files, and establish structured processes for managing information
  • Collaborate with the team to determine the best approach for setting up case databases and leveraging technology for optimal results

Qualifications :

  • Experience in legal operations, preferably with litigation or class action lawsuits
  • Strong technical aptitude and comfort working with various software programs and databases
  • Proven data analysis skills and the ability to draw meaningful conclusions from large datasets
  • Experience with document management systems, eDiscovery platforms, and mass communication systems is highly desirable
  • Detail-oriented and committed to ensuring data accuracy and integrity
