Plus, earn merit-based raises based on your performance.What You’ll Do : Maintains positive internal and external customer service relationshipsManage the agencies program through delegation of responsibility to administrative and supervisory personnel according to their abilities and defined responsibilitiesMonitor methods of program administration, planning supervising, and evaluatingMonitor day-to-day compliance with regulatory and reimbursement requirements Manage the development and implementation of administrative of administrative policies and proceduresEstablish functions and qualification for all personnelDetermine staffing needs and patterns according to program requirement and with consideration for utilization of personnel at their maximum potentialAuthorize appointments to staff positions in collaboration with the VP of OperationsOversee compliance with personnel policies and proceduresNegotiate and execute contracts with community providers for service and monitor program compliance with contractual agreementsQualifications : Graduate from an accredited registered nursing program strongly preferredMinimum Associate degree in business, healthcare or a related field and a minimum of 5 years related experienceMinimum of 3 years of supervisory or administrative experience in a hospice or home health settingExperienced in program administration including knowledge of healthcare policies and reimbursement practicesMust have reliable transportation, current driver's license, and appropriate auto insuranceThis is your opportunity to do work that truly matters — right now.
