You will be a part-time Brand Ambassador who brings the brand to life in-store, delivering an amazing shopping experience and representing our company values with integrity and energy.

Your Role

As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide everyone who comes in the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they came in. You are the face of our company and you\'re proud of it. You love the products and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. Most of all, you represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they are looking for, with a friends-first mindset.
  • Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs.
  • Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
  • Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
  • Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
  • Collaborate with the team to get the job done.
  • Adhere to AEO policies and procedures with integrity.

You\'d Be Great For This Role If

  • You love interacting with people and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are available to work evenings, weekends and holidays when guests shop.
  • You love AE and Aerie products.
  • You have retail experience or are eager to learn (practice makes perfect).
  • You are at least 16 years old.
