About this Role

Identify and improve organizational processes with the aim of increasing efficiency, productivity and safety.​

​​Maps out workflows, identifies opportunities to remove waste and low-value activities, and recommends solutions to solve simple and complex problems.​

​​Help lead change efforts and monitor progress of implementations.​

​​Analyze existing processes using various methods such as gap analysis or PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act).​

​​Contributes to the completion of specific technical tasks and / or milestones associated with specific projects.​​​Assist in the analysis and optimization of manufacturing processes and workflows. Collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions. Support the development and implementation of process improvement projects. Participate in time studies and work measurement activities. Assist in the design and layout of facilities, equipment, and workstations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.​
