A company is looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Own the customer's renewal, usage, and adoption of product features
Identify and execute account expansions, feature upsells, and cross-sales
Deliver training sessions and monitor client usage to improve product adoption
Required Qualifications
2+ years of Customer Success experience in a SaaS or software company
Ability to manage a large portfolio of clients with strong task and time management skills
Experience in upselling and expanding a book of business
Results-driven mentality with a focus on speed and action
Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
