The firm is committed to providing justice for victims and their families by holding facilities accountable for their actions.

Role Description

This is a full-time Trial Attorney role located on-site in Beverly Hills, CA. The Trial Attorney will be responsible for managing and progressing cases through various stages, including drafting and arguing motions, preparing for and attending trials, and taking depositions. The attorney will also represent clients in court and work closely with clients to develop case strategies and ensure their best interests are represented.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Law and experience with conducting Trials
• Expertise in drafting and arguing Motions
• Experience working in Courts and representing clients
• Proficiency in taking and defending Depositions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Experience in elder abuse law is a plus
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and a valid license to practice law in California
