About the Role
Workato is growing fastand we're looking for a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner (6-month contract) to help us scale our world-class Product and Engineering organizations during this exciting phase of growth.
This role will focus on recruiting for Product Management, Engineering, and Design functions, driving the full lifecycle of hiring for some of Workato's most critical teams. You'll act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, bringing a structured, data-driven approach to talent acquisition and a deep understanding of the competitive tech talent landscape.
The ideal candidate has a successful track record recruiting for Product Management, Engineering, and Design roles within fast-paced technology environments. You thrive on building strong relationships with hiring partners, excel at balancing strategic priorities with day-to-day execution, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience every time.
This position is based in our Palo Alto headquarters and requires regular in-office presence to collaborate effectively with leaders and cross-functional partners.
