Salad Bar Helper

Essential Job Functions :

• Provide efficient and courteous service to all customers.
• Keep work station and area around work station neat and clean.
• Assist bakery / deli manager in ordering, receiving and displaying all salad bar product.
• Rotate all merchandise when stocking to ensure freshness and quality.
• Set up and maintain salad bar as directed by bakery / deli manager.
• Wash and prepare product for the salad bar.
• Take inventory of product as directed by the bakery / deli manager.
• Assist and coordinate training of salad bar associates as directed by the bakery / deli manager.
• Maintain quality and freshness of all salad bar products.
• Bail boxes.
• Enforce and maintain the company food safety program.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.
