YOUR DAY-TO-DAY :

This full- or part-time position offers flexible scheduling of 9 AM - 3 PM, Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 4 PM, Saturday, and PRN opportunities.

In this Payment Collections Representative role, you'll be a vital point of contact for our customers. You'll consistently engage with individuals regarding their automotive payments, helping them navigate financial solutions. You'll regularly work to set up effective payment plans for delinquent accounts, ensuring a clear path forward for customers. You'll also be instrumental in collecting payments and accurately processing transactions. Furthermore, you'll frequently verify vehicle insurance details, ensuring all necessary information is current and correct for automotive payments. Your calm and professional approach will make a significant difference in the daily financial operations for automotive payments.

REQUIREMENTS :

Bilingual communication skills are highly preferred.
