Sales Operations Specialist (Talent Pool)
About this role
You’ll operationalize the go-to-market engine : data, processes, tooling, and reporting that help leadership make decisions and reps sell more.
What you’ll do
- CRM ownership (Salesforce / HubSpot) : objects, fields, automations, hygiene.
- Forecasting & dashboards; pipeline, conversion, and cohort analysis.
- Territory, quota, comp plan support; quote-to-cash and CPQ coordination.
- Process playbooks, enablement assets, and governance.
What you bring
3+ years in Sales Ops / Rev Ops .Advanced Excel / Sheets; BI (Tableau / Power BI / Looker) desirable.English B2+ mandatory.Project management & stakeholder alignment across Sales / Marketing / Finance.Nice to have
CPQ / billing (Zuora / Chargebee), data enrichment (ZoomInfo / Clearbit).Location
Americas (incl. USA) or Spain. Remote / hybrid.
