Job descriptionBoard-certified / eligible in emergency or family medicine with emergency medicine experience. New graduates, residents, and fellows are encouraged to apply. Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance and promote team support. Busy emergency department with approximately 10,000 annual visits. 24-hour physician coverage model with 24-hour shifts possible. Waverly offers a peaceful, small-town lifestyle with beautiful natural surroundings. Located in the heart of Southern Ohio, it is known for its historic charm and scenic landscapes. Whether you’re taking a walk along the Scioto River, exploring local parks, or engaging with the friendly community, Waverly offers a quiet, welcoming place to enjoy life at a slower pace. Our guiding principle is patient-first care, which means we’re focused on the people of Waverly and nearby areas. You’ll be part of a team that’s making a real difference in the health of our neighbors. Compensation : Well-rounded compensation package with base rates of $225 / day and $235 / night. Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. 401k with matching contributions. Paid malpractice insurance, including tail coverage. ?Annual CME allowance.
