Salary : $27.90-31.63 DOE Registered or Certified

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors degree in Social Work or equivalent plus three years of related experience working with people with alcohol and / or drug addictions or mental illness, or masters degree and one year experience. Some positions may require specific credentials, certification and / or license.

DESCRIPTION

Provides case management services for clients with alcohol and drug addiction and / or severe mental illness diagnoses in a transitional housing setting. Supports intake services, assessments and helps clients establish goals for permanent housing, addressing obstacles. Provides individual counseling and group counseling. Provides resources, linkage to services, to clients, and presents service to community members. Clinical Coordinator I, II based on level of responsibility.

NOTE : Employees will be required to be fingerprinted and will be subject to clearance by the department of Justice. TB Testing is a requirement.
