StartDate : 10 / 27 / 2025 Available Shifts : 8 D Pay Rate : $1804.83 - $1977.63

North Carolina licensed PT needed for Home Health duties in Charlotte. 3x12 schedule; 0800-2000. 6 visits a day. There is not a max mileage to drive. The average is 60-80 miles a day. Mileage is reimbursed weekly. NC license, BLS required.
