Clinical Program Coordinator
The Clinical Program Coordinator, Clinical Pathways has the primary responsibility for coordinating the development and maintenance of an evidence-based approach to healthcare decision-making through the creation and maintenance of multidisciplinary Clinical Pathways. Pathways are Epic-integrated, multidisciplinary tools that incorporate best evidence and expert consensus, clinical decision support, integrated EHR ordering, and navigation and design in alignment with local operational procedures. Individual contributors with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty. Spends majority of time leading the design, implementation or delivery of processes, programs and policies using specialized knowledge and skills normally acquired through advanced education (typically University). Experienced individual contributor that has extensive area or subject matter expertise. Limited oversight from manager. Manages projects or processes. Coaches, reviews, and delegates work to lower level professionals. Problems faced are difficult and often complex. Influences others regarding policies, practices, and procedures.

Minimum Requirements
Education : Graduate of an accredited graduate school of nursing, physician assistant program with a master's degree, Bachelor's in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.
Experience : 3-5 years of healthcare experience with demonstrated leadership experience. Experience in project management preferred. Epic proficiency required. Proficiency with Epic building or related activities and / or AgileMD proficiency preferred.
Licensure : Must be licensed to practice in the State of Virginia.
Physical Demands : This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers and may require occasional travel. Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; Attention to detail and ability to write legibly; Ability to lift / push / pull 20-50lbs.
Position Compensation Range : $66,528.00 - $133,057.00 Annual
