Job descriptionMeet with homeowners whose properties have storm damage. Guide them through the insurance-covered roof replacement process. Conduct roof / property inspections and document damage. Knock doors, generate leads, and set appointments. Close deals and build long-term customer relationships. Represent EcoShield in the field and the community. Former athletes, military, or anyone with a gritty , competitive mindset. Motivated learners who take direction well and bring consistent effort. Individuals who show up, stay consistent, and take feedback well. People who don’t need their hand held and thrive in fast-paced roles. Must have a personal vehicle , valid driver’s license , and the ability to work outdoors in all weather. First Year : $6,000 – $13,500 / month Second Year : $8,000 – $17,000 / month Third Year + : $250,000+ / year as we expand into windows, gutters & turf Paid Training & Mentorship Referral Bonuses
