Rental Coordinator

Employment Type : Full-Time

Pay Range : $28 to $32 per hour

Job Summary

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Coordinator to support our energetic Sales Account Executive focused on our Rental Communication Systems product line. You'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the sales process, freeing the Account Executive to focus on building relationships and closing deals.

Responsibilities :

Lead Generation & Research :

Assist with lead generation activities (e.g., research potential customers, gather market data)

Qualify leads for the Account Executive

Maintain and organized database of leads and customer information

Sales Support :

Prepare presentations and sales collateral

Create and update quotes and proposals

Act as a superuser for HubSpot training and updates

Schedule customer meetings and appointments

Manage and track the sales pipeline

Process and maintain accurate sales records in the HubSpot CRM

Customer Communication :

Provide initial contact and follow-up with potential customers

Answer basic customer inquiries and route complex issues to the Account Executive

Create and distribute reports on sales activity and performance

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in using computers and common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).

Experience with a CRM system (HubSpot experience a plus).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
