Location : Upper Michigan

Setting : Outpatient, Inpatient

Start Date : Jan 6 2023

End Date : Ongoing

Coverage : Scheduled Clinic Hours + Call, 1 week per month

Requirements :

• Active license in MI, BC / BE
• Clean DEA
• Fellowship preferred
• ACLS Certification required

Credentialing Timeframe : 30 days minimum

EMR : McKesson and Athena

Volume : Interventional Radiology department needs an additional week per month of

coverage in 2023. The week can be flexible.
