Senior Leadership Role

What success looks like in this role :

Collaborate with Executive Leadership to define long-term goals and initiatives that drive sustainable growth

Prioritize objectives and implement strategies to achieve company initiatives as part of the leadership team.

Build, lead, and mentor team leaders and professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of current business strategies.

Prepare regular reports and presentations, highlighting progress and areas for improvement.

Develop and implement comprehensive organizational development and growth strategies aligned with Unisys goals and objectives.

Monitor expenditures and ensure effective resource allocation to maximize ROI.

Collaborate with finance and executive teams to develop budgets and financial plans.

Identify emerging market trends, industry disruptions, and competitive landscape changes to capitalize on new opportunities develop scalable solutions.

Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, stakeholders, and industry influencers.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness.

You will be successful in this role if you have :

BA / BS degree and 12+ years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Graduate degree preferred. 8+ years' leadership experience.

This role may require access to export-controlled commodities and technology. Therefore, to conform to U.S. export control regulations, applicant should be eligible for any required authorizations from the U.S. Government.
