As a Weekend Hospice RN, you will play a crucial role in representing and supporting your patients. You will collaborate with the patient's family and the hospice care team to provide comprehensive care. This position is designed for salaried full-time nurses who are available on call after hours—from 5 PM Friday to 8 AM Monday. Rest assured, you will be backed by our dedicated 24 / 7 RN staffed Triage Department along with your local hospice team.
