About the Role We are seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to join Concord as a full-time consultant, supporting our retail vertical on large-scale web and eCommerce (SFCC) initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of Agile delivery and digital commerce, with a solid understanding of web application development lifecycles and Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) environments. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to enable high-performing Agile practices, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of customer-facing digital solutions. What You Will Be Doing Serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams delivering web and SFCC-based eCommerce solutions within a retail environment. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos. Partner with Product Owners to define priorities, groom backlogs, and maintain delivery focus. Remove impediments, manage risks, and promote transparency across all project stakeholders. Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles, driving continuous improvement and accountability. Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA to ensure deliverables meet both functional and technical standards. Track team performance metrics (velocity, burndown) and communicate progress to leadership and client stakeholders. What We Are Looking For 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software delivery environments. Proven background supporting web application development and eCommerce projects (preferably in retail). Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) or similar digital commerce platforms. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile project management tools. Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I, or higher). Experience with composable commerce or digital transformation initiatives. Background in consulting or client-facing delivery roles.
