Position : Club Cook

Location : Kihei, HI

Pay : $30.12 / hour

Experience : 1 to 2 years culinary experience preferred; luxury hotel / restaurant experience strongly preferred.

Education : Culinary degree / certification preferred.

Type : Full-time; Contract

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM

Job Description :

• Prepare food for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events.
• Produce sauces, stocks, and hot line items using established recipes.
• Maintain consistent, high-quality food production and plating standards.
• Ensure proper food storage, labeling, rotation, and daily icing of fish.
• Operate standard kitchen equipment (ovens, fryers, mixers, steamers, etc.).
• Maintain clean and safe work areas following sanitation procedures.
• Assist higher-level cooks and chefs with prep and service execution.
• Set up, break down, and clean assigned culinary stations.
