We're seeking a driven and self-motivated Property and Casualty General Lines Insurance Agent to join our team. In this role, you'll advise clients on their personal and commercial insurance needs, provide quotes, and close new business.
Leads will be provided as well as equipment and training (training locally as well as with University of Farmers)

Responsibilities
- Sell Property & Casualty insurance policies to individuals and small businesses
- Follow up on agency provided leads via proprietary phone system
- Assess client needs and provide tailored coverage recommendations
- Quote and bind policies from multiple carriers using comparative rater tools and CRM systems
- Maintain compliance with state insurance regulations and company procedures
- Foster long-term client relationships through proactive communication
- Document all client interactions in CRM / KRISP AI provided
Requirements
Active Property & Casualty insurance General Lines license (required)Minimum 1 year of insurance sales or service experience (preferred but not required)Strong communication, keyboard and consultative sales skillsTech-savvy with the ability to use virtual tools (Zoom, CRMs, Email)Self-starter with the discipline to work remotely and exceed sales goalsBilingual a plus (especially Spanish)Life and Health Licenses with experience in Life Insurance sales a PLUSAn assessment must be completed prior to an interview with the Agency Development Manager
