What You'll Do :

Monitor and control access to the location, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering or exiting the premises.

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.

Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity in or around the location to Allied Universal management and / or designated client representatives.

Assist in implementing emergency response activities as appropriate for the site.

Maintain accurate records and logs of daily activities, incidents, and access control procedures as required by Allied Universal and the client.

Support the overall security-related functions of the location to help to create a secure environment for all personnel and visitors.

Minimum Requirements :

A valid security guard card or license is preferred.

Experience with access control and / or badge systems is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
