What’s in it for you?

• Base Salary : $24.00 - $28.00 per hour, depending on experience
• Schedule : Monday - Friday; 8am-5pm
• On-Call Rotation Schedule : Participation in after-hours on-call rotation schedule is required; overtime pay is provided for on-call hours worked.

Job Description Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team at Tualatin Meadows Apartments , a 240-unit tax credit apartment community in Tualatin, OR. This position involves performing technical and mechanical work that ensures the physical aspect of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company's standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.
