We’re looking for a UI / UX Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive, engaging, and inclusive digital experiences that enhance how patients and healthcare teams interact with technology.

Position Overview

As a UI / UX Designer at EPIC Health, you will work closely with cross-functional teams—including IT, Marketing, Clinical Leadership, and Product Development—to design and refine web, mobile, and internal-facing applications. Your focus will be on turning complex workflows into seamless user experiences that improve accessibility, engagement, and satisfaction for both patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities

User Experience Design

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights.
• Translate user needs and business goals into wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows.
• Ensure all designs are inclusive, accessible, and patient-friendly.
