Job descriptionReview and sign off on clinician documentation in the EMR to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. Provide feedback and redirection to clinicians on documentation as needed to support quality assurance. Provide individual and / or group supervision to primary therapists. Assist primary therapists with case management and clinical interventions as needed. Offer ongoing clinical guidance and mentorship to support therapist development. Observe therapeutic groups and provide feedback to enhance clinical effectiveness. Contribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of clinical services and treatment models. Participate in staff training and development initiatives. Maintain a small caseload of clients, providing individual, group, or family therapy as needed. Ensure high standards of clinical care in direct service delivery. Masters degree in social work or a related human services major. An active LHMC, LCSW, LMFT or Registered Intern in Florida; LCSW, strongly preferred. Adherence to the Healthcare Code of Ethics. Familiarity with Joint Commission Standards. Knowledge of State and Federal confidentiality regulations. 2 years of management experience. CAP or related. 3-5 years of experience in the behavioral or mental health treatment field. Were seeking a dedicated Clinical Supervisor (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT) to join our clinical team in Lake Worth, FL and help drive exceptional care. In this role, you will oversee clinical services, guide therapeutic practices, and ensure the highest standards of patient care and regulatory compliance. Your leadership will inspire and support Primary Therapists and clinical staff, fostering collaboration, program excellence, and life-changing outcomes for individuals overcoming addiction and mental health challenges.
Position Details :
- Reports to : Clinical Director
- Schedule : Full-Time| 10 AM - 6 : 00 PM | Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday
- Location : Lake Worth, FL
