Position Summary :

As a Commercial HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems in commercial buildings. This position requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose HVAC system issues in commercial buildings.

Perform repairs, maintenance, and installations on a variety of HVAC equipment, including chillers, air handlers, and rooftop units.

Ensure all work complies with safety standards, industry codes, and company policies.

Communicate effectively with clients, explaining issues and providing recommendations for repairs or upgrades.

Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.

Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies, and best practices.

Provide emergency repair services as part of an on-call rotation schedule.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 4 years of experience as an HVAC technician, preferably in a commercial setting.

Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, including electrical and mechanical components.

EPA certification required; additional certifications (NATE, OSHA) are a plus.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.

Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments.
