Pay Range : $30-38

Job Duties :

• Review Master and Technical Service Agreements and Statements of Work to prepare, create, and monitor purchase order requisitions
• Receive and reconcile invoices
• Create and manage outsourcing SOW requests through Fieldglass and Ariba
• Manage the end-to-end vendor onboarding process, including the evaluation and verification of new suppliers' financial health, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements, and facilitating the integration of new vendors into the procurement system.
• Find opportunities for cost savings through commonization of parts from multiple cribs, with a focus on consumable goods
• Manage the end-to-end process of shipping items, with a focus on international, freight, and dangerous goods

Relevant Experience :

Bachelor's Degree
