Title : Molding Technician

Pay : $16.00 / hour DOE

Hours : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Location : Shreveport, LA

Job Type : Full-Time

Job Summary :

We are seeking a motivated Molding Technician to join our production team in Shreveport. This role is responsible for setting up, monitoring, and maintaining molding machines to ensure quality production of parts and components. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and eager to grow within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Set up, operate, and adjust molding machines according to specifications

Monitor machines during production to ensure proper operation and product quality

Inspect finished parts for defects and verify measurements against specifications

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of molding equipment

Troubleshoot basic machine and process issues

Document production runs and maintain accurate records

Work with supervisors and team members to meet production schedules

Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies

Requirements :

Previous experience as a molding technician, machine operator, or similar role preferred

Mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot equipment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time

Dependable and able to work in a team environment

High school diploma or equivalent required
