Distribution Supervisor

The Distribution Supervisor is a salaried leadership position responsible for the timely, accurate, and efficient processing of workflow through an assigned area. They will focus on receiving, picking, packing, and shipping warehousing functions within the Retail and DTC distribution environment. Qualified candidates will need to possess working knowledge of an automated warehouse system, achieve key process and operational cost improvements in accordance with established company policies and procedures, and foster a safe team environment.

Essential Functions :

• Supervise up to 50 associates.
• Achieves continual process improvement.
• Differentiates performance by coaching, training, and mentoring staff.
• Writes and administers annual Associate performance evaluations.
• Monitors and tracks labor productivity and key performance indicators.
• Eliminates non-value-added activities and inefficiencies.
• Demonstrates strong judgment skills.
• Obtains a strong knowledge of Warehouse Control / Order Management system.
• Promotes safety leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
