EmpowerED Care is a trauma-informed, family-centered agency dedicated to strengthening and stabilizing high-risk children and families. Our Early Intervention Physical Therapists help infants and toddlers develop motor skills, strength, and coordination , ensuring they reach their full potential.

We have multiple locations that we service around New York City; Westchester, Rockland, Orange, Putnam, Nassau, and Suffolk Counties.

We can offer Full-Time / Part-Time / Contract positions. We offer a flexible schedule with remote / hybrid work with travel to patients within your community.

Key Responsibilities :

Assessment & Diagnosis

• Conduct evaluations to identify gross motor delays, muscle weakness, and coordination challenges .
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on developmental milestones and family needs.
