Technical Business Analyst SAP HRIS & Data Analytics Lead, Public Health Systems Modernization

Contract Position - Hybrid ,400 Otarre Parkway, Cayce, South Carolina 29033

Required :

• Bachelors or masters degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience with HRIS systems
• 5+ years of experience with state HR / payroll processes, data privacy standards (HIPAA, FLSA), and regulatory compliance frameworks
• 5+ years of experience in creating user guides, SOPs, process diagrams, and technical documentation
• 5+ years of experience in reporting, dashboard creation, and data visualization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
