• Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Great community southeast of Boise by 45 min
• Mon-Fri - 8a-5p - occasional later shift 11 : 30a-7 : 30p - once a month rotate one Sat 8a-5p
• On call once a month
• Must have exp as an NP / PA in Primary Care
• Will see all ages
• 15-18 ppd
