Job Description
The Lead Cook, cooks foods for the Cafeteria and Tray-line. Follows all diet restrictions, policies and procedures. Follows all Health Department regulations and ACHC regulations. This position assists in the supervision of other kitchen personal. Cleaning equipment, floors all aspects of the kitchen. Previous Lead Cook / Kitchen supervisor experience is required.
Qualifications
Education : High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
Certifications : Tulsa Health Card
Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience as Lead Cook or Kitchen Supervisor.
