Job descriptionDevelop, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans for patients requiring physical therapy. Perform assessments to determine patient needs and establish measurable goals. Deliver hands-on therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques to promote recovery and optimize functional abilities. Document patient progress and clinical interventions accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure treatment effectiveness. Maintain licensing and credentialing standards required for practice. Participate in departmental meetings and ongoing professional development. Valid and active license to practice as a Physical Therapist. Proven experience in setting up and implementing physical therapy treatments. Strong understanding of patient assessment and documentation procedures. Proficiency in using equipment provided during interviews. Must complete certain documentation directly with ATI prior to assignment, outside of the standard AMN clearance process. Ability to work day shifts; flexibility may be required based on department needs. Ability to start with a compact credentialing process, with a requirement to acquire permanent licensure promptly. Previous experience preferred but not required; new graduates considered.
