Business Systems Analyst - Student Resource Hub

Overview

Business Systems Analyst - Student Resource Hub. The position supports the MyResource Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) project within Student Affairs, an interactive, online, student self-service information hub. The initiative includes three tiers : an AI-powered resource hub, a student-facing office space, and an option to recommend additional resource support to the University. The BSA will guide the operation of the new resource hub and ensure stakeholder satisfaction, acting as a liaison between technical staff and user groups and translating business needs into technical requirements. The BSA will work closely with the MyResource team (Director, AI Integration Developer, Program Coordinator, and Project Manager) to optimize models and develop innovative solutions.

The BSA must be a highly motivated professional who can work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively, communicating openly and sharing insights.

Responsibilities

• Systems Analysis, Maintenance, and Support

Gain and maintain a strong working understanding of WatsonX

Support monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex system issues

Foster collaboration among the MyResource technical team, University stakeholders, and vendors

Location and Work Arrangements

The position is flexible : fully remote within the United States, full-time in-person at University Park Campus, or a hybrid model. Standard hours are in the Eastern Time Zone. Candidates must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
