Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Renal Vascular Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in providing high-quality, patient-centered care. The ideal candidate will deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult patients with renal and vascular conditions, utilizing strong clinical judgment, effective communication, and a collaborative approach within an interdisciplinary team.

You will play a key role in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care plans in a dynamic and supportive environment that values teamwork and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze comprehensive data pertinent to each patient's health status and clinical situation.
• Formulate and implement individualized plans of care based on assessment findings.
• Collaborate with physicians and other members of the interdisciplinary care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively, in accordance with established protocols.
• Advocate for patient safety and quality care throughout the continuum of care.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, medications, treatments, and discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, interventions, and patient progress.
• Efficiently manage resources including time, supplies, and equipment to support effective patient care.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and uphold hospital policies and professional standards.

Required Qualifications

Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) required.

Basic Life Support (BLS AHA) required prior to start.
