Job descriptionProvide information about insurance products and services. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. 100 sales outbound calls per day Billing solutions for customers Being held Accountable for calls and quotes 5 Auto quotes, 5 Fire quotes, and 5 Life quotes per day Extroverted personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred. Texas General Lines Property and Casualty License Texas General Lines Life and Health License These 2 licenses need to be completed within the first 2 months of employment.
