The Role :

Are you ready to drive the future of America’s railroad infrastructure? As we expand across the globe, we’re seeking a contracts manager to help lead the commercial success of several major rail construction projects we’re delivering throughout the United States.

Based out of our offices in Austin, Texas, you’ll collaborate with an international team, leading the way with commercial strategy, ensuring contracts, budgets and risks are managed with precision, compliant and to profit.

What we’re looking for :

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in civil engineering or construction
• Degree in Contract or Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Strong knowledge of contract law, construction contracts and risk management
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
