Commitment Required : Must be available at least 3 full weeks per month

Full-time outpatient Hem / Onc clinic no call, no weekends

Patient load : per day

Full support staff and 16-bed department

Epic EMR

Fellowship preferred but not required

Credentialing in 30 days

COVID-19 vaccine required (medical / religious exemptions accepted)

Board Certification : Required

Licensure : Active WA license or IMLC

Certifications : BLS required
