We are seeking a board-certified Internal Medicine or Family Practice Physician with geriatrics experience for a 60-day locum tenens assignment in Massachusetts, starting Jan 5, 2026. This full-time opportunity features a Monday through Friday schedule and involves providing comprehensive care to a frail or elderly population.

Responsibilities and Duties
Conduct history and physicals on new participants, and perform event-based and periodic reassessmentsDevelop medical treatment plans and provide medically necessary servicesInterview and evaluate applicants to the PACE OrganizationDiscuss medical conditions and prognosis with participants and caregiversCollaborate in the nursing treatment programParticipate as a member of the PACE Organization interdisciplinary teamEducate participants and families regarding care and treatmentSupervise the health care and treatment programPerform physical examinations, and order and evaluate diagnostic testsAdditional Information
Current and active plenary physician license to practice in Massachusetts requiredBoard Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice required; Board Certification in Geriatrics preferredDEA Registration and Controlled Substances Registration requiredMinimum of one year experience working with a frail or elderly population requiredPrevious supervisory experience requiredExperience or added qualifications in geriatrics preferredBenefits
